With more than 25 years of professional experience, Rick has been with Penn Community Bank in 2017. Today, he serves as Sales and Business Development Director where he focused on the nexus of retail banking, business development, and commercial lending. Rick says his favorite part of the job are the people and the Penn Community Bank culture that allows for true partnership. Outside of the office, you can find Rick on a long distance run or traveling. He lives in Doylestown, PA with his husband, Matt, and two dogs, Felix and Sawyer.
